Dustin Glazier

Prior to joining Sandberg Pace & Glazier, Dustin served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Alaska, where he defended federal agencies in civil litigation. Dustin defended the United States in numerous complex matters including tort actions and medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act, challenges to administrative actions, civil rights claims, and Freedom of Information Act litigation.

Currently, Dustin represents Alaskans in a wide array of civil litigation matters. He handles all phases of litigation, from investigation through trial and appeal, bringing perspective gained from both federal defense and private practice.

Outside the courtroom, Dustin is an avid outdoorsman and trail runner. When he’s not spending time with his wife and three children, he’s usually off getting lost in the mountains.
